Please sign and date this email confirmation of this contract (digitally or physically) and email back to nicholepotterhairstyling@gmail.com The payment received and signed confirmation will validate this contract. Please make sure everyone getting services arrives 10 mins early for their appointment with clean thoroughly dry hair. To add on a blow dry will cost time and is $50. To re-do a whole hair style is permmitable once the whole party is ready and will cost an additional hair fee of $95. Everyone is encouraged to bring inspiration photos for their hair. Hair services will only be provided after final payment has been received. The amount of services requested on this contract is the amount of services that will be invoiced. If less hair services are desired than on the contract, they will still be invoiced. A new contract can be requested 2 months prior to the wedding to add on or take away services. A minimum of 4 people getting services is required on the wedding day for weddings with parties.

Cancellation Policy

It is required to have a 30 day notification to cancel any and all services. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your wedding date, you will be held responsible for 50% of your total services requested in the contract.Impossibility Either party may choose to be excused of any further performance obligations in the event of a disastrous occurrence outside the control of either party, such as, but not limited to: A natural disaster , any hazardous situation created outside the control of either party. If any unforeseen complications occur with myself or the client, another artist (sever sickness, accident) then I will do my best to find a replacement artist and I will return Clients payment.
